Study 01 / Identity & packaging

A quiet signal.

An identity reduced to a wordmark, a cable line and a label.

The question

How little can an identity use and still feel recognisable?

This self-initiated study takes the meaning of Cavonero — black cable — as its starting point. A single continuous line connects the wordmark, label and small-format applications.

Inside the study

Three deliberate choices.

  • Wordmark exploration
  • Label composition
  • Packaging direction
01

One line, several roles

The cable becomes a framing device and a small signature. Its curve can move through a large composition or finish a compact label without introducing another symbol.

02

Colour with a job

Oxblood identifies the label. The surrounding black and pale surfaces keep the information legible and let the line do the expressive work.

03

Scale before decoration

Large letterforms and small specifications share one alignment. The contrast gives a simple composition enough range for both a cover and a narrow package.
